Sprouting

Hope and

Connections.

“The tree we plant today becomes the shade our children will rest under tomorrow.”

Who we are

Sprout Connect is a social enterprise delivering inclusive, therapeutic horticulture and African cultural gardening programs across Victoria. From prisons to schools, aged care to home gardens—we create healing spaces, empower communities, and grow resilient futures.

Mission Statement

Sprout Connect exists to transform lives and grow resilient communities by uniting regenerative gardening, cultural knowledge, and environmental care into practical pathways for healing, skills, purpose, and belonging.

Our Impact

At Sprout Connect, we are committed to breaking the cycle of youth incarceration through practical training, employment pathways, and long-term community support. Our work starts inside youth justice facilities and continues beyond the prison gates. We up-skill, connects and give them tools to thrive.
